  Do not do business with them, and if you already have, I would suggest checking your plots.
  
  This cemetery has p***-poor management and care. Between 200 and 2008, they sold one of my family's empty plots (One of 7 we owned on adjoining rows) and covered it up by putting all 7 on one row.
  
  Their workers have clearly run over my father's marker on several occasions and damaged the lettering, and though it was reported, they have never fixed it as promised.
  
  This last winter, I discovered that my father's vase was missing. My mother reported it immediately to the cemetery office, and was told they would replace it, that it was their responsibility.
  
  As of yesterday, there was no replacement vase.
  
  I called them today to,inquire, and was told by a man claiming to be the manager, that it was basically my problem and not his nor the cemetery's, and he refused to replace the vase, citing that there were 20 or so others missing and that the police were handling it. When told they had promised to have it replaced, he got snippy and said my mom was told wrong, that they were not replacing it and wou,d not be.
  
  Worst final resting place possible in the Rome area.
